Why is life so hard for some and not others?


It's A Test of Your Emotions
The reason why life is so hard for some and not others is because life is a test of your emotions.

Why is life a test of your emotions?

Because you think everywhere you turn somebody, somewhere is trying to give you some kind of grief.
When this happens you have no idea how to rise above the emotions with your head held high and to carry on...
Finding happiness inside and loving yourself will be difficult!

It could be your mother, your father, your husband or wife.
Your children, teenager son or daughter or grownup adult child.

It could be your boss, your co-worker, your best friends or friends.

It doesn't matter who it is...It's just a test.

A test of your emotions...

Some people take this test well and others have a very difficult time handling the test (emotion) of letting it go.
It's the reason you carry a heavy weight in life, because you are actually carrying around every body's emotions...  including yours.

It's not pretty if you have to do this day in and day out.
 It's just not pretty...

Here are some interesting scenarios that will have people reacting in different ways.

  • Some people can walk into a room and hear sneers and giggles from others, it's not even about them and they live the rest of the day in pain. Pain from something that was not theirs.
  • Some people will walk into that room and turn around and say, "Hi", then... listen to the sneers and know that it can't possibly matter or not.
  • Some people can't walk into that room, they see people there and they quickly turn back.
  • Others will walk into the room and completely ignore anyone, almost like they don't exist. They do what they need to do and then leave.
There are many other scenarios. but I'm sure you get the picture...

Why is life so hard for some and not others?

  • It's mostly history of what life itself has done to you. If you've been beaten down all your life...You just expect to get beaten down every time you encounter life.
  • How strong your intuition is.(Some of you may have a strong emotion intuition.) Having this is wonderful, but not being able to differentiate what emotion is yours and what are others, can have you feeling very heavy!
  • Some people think that life is safer not getting too close and this can make you afraid. Afraid to come to0 close to others. Afraid to bond and make friends. 
  • Others have no concept of what the good life is.
 Before I leave you I want you to understand that life is hard, only if you make it hard. You have a choice to keep emotions or let them go. You have a choice to keep emotions, hold them in, acknowledge that this was an emotion that made you sad and then angry.

And YES say this out loud, and acknowledge that you were in fact angry.

Now it's time to let it go...

Let it go...Watch it go like a helium balloon to heaven...Watch the emotion go.

You’re free if you practice this all the time.

Truly because others just let it go..................

What should I do when I feel depressed?

 YOU are sad and thinking about your life and probably have asked yourself a few times,
"What should I do when I feel depressed?"

Why am I so sad all the time?

One of the most difficult times I've had in my life is when my father died suddenly...
I never got to officially say, "Goodbye"

My Mother or no other family member was able to say...."Goodbye"

Sadness is a double edge soared because really it's good for us, because it tells us that we need to deal with something so that we can get better.

But...It can be tough when sadness leads to depression and you just can't let go of it.

What should you do when you are feeling depressed and just can't get out of it?

Go where no man has ever dared to go without pampering...
Give your self a few minutes in front of the mirror and just look at yourself.
This requires you to pay attention to the expression on your face, don't try to change it so that it is pleasing to look at. 
Just look with the expression you have now.
I know it's hard...
You have spent countless days telling yourself that your sad, now it's time to look at your sad person.

Speak to YOU
Look at You without still changing your expression and ask yourself...
"Why are you so sad?" "or so depressed?"
Your reflection will give you the answer immediately, just because you asked!
Remember your answer... You will write it down later.
  
Grin at your reflection
Smile at your reflection and think to yourself when you look at your reflection it's time for change. 

Realize Your Potential 
Realize that that reflection is not you...it is a reflection of you that is telling you to deal with those sad feelings and that You do have the power to change. Change into a happy person by turning your life around and changing that sad face into an happy face.

Speak the Truth
Take what you have learned today and apply this moment in your life.
Make sure that you are very attentive on how you feel at that very moment and put those feelings into words on a piece of paper. File this in a special space or journal, because this space is where you are going to discover how to lead your life the way you want to love life. 

Life is Full
It's exciting to know that some day very soon you will pull out of your sadness, sadness is a message from the universe on that little piece of paper you write...If the universe could write you a note it would say, "I'm sending you the sadness so that you can find happiness..." 
  
Breathe
Breathe 3 good breaths morning, noon and night and you will breathe the universe.

Finding Your Happiness

Finding Your life's PurposeThe secret to happiness lies way beneath the foundations of our mind...Creep down that winding stair and you will find what nudges you forward. Through the darkness of the mist you'll be finding your happiness. It might be a dusty tennis racket, and old car part, a torn piece of a manuscript that once gave you inspiration.

Love what you bring up to the winding stair and excite yourself with your dreams. This moment that you give time to yourself is in the timeless that tickles your dreams to come. You are begging yourself in finding your happiness, but it is with this happiness that you find love...

Those old running shoes, the broken piano, the half built project.
Bring them back to NOW and feel what you felt when you did them.

Don't let life's distraction suck you away from you life dreams...
Play and let Play and let your life grow on a path with the right rhythm and sole that it was meant to.

As though there is screaming and concentration hard, screaming is the distraction that sucks you away. Let it be and move foreword growing your life and dream.
Grow and live let life's heavy burdens wisp silently away while you enjoy your dreams.

The Secret Within

When I first saw the secret I thought it was powerful.  I've always believed that nothing is impossible...
Yet my life can become very static and I can feel tremendously stuck! This I believe is why we need to know the secret.
 
Absolutely nothing is impossible!

Watching this movie triggered an immense feeling inside knowing what I had thought about all my life was true.

Nothing is impossible!

If you want to move mountains you can... Grab on to one thought that will make that happen...

Let's go back to something that makes a little more sense...
Imagine wanting to have more money.

Imagine
If you are truly imagining what it is like to have more money, you are starting  your sense of believing.
What does that mean for you?  It means that you are starting to create something, something very different then what you usually think for yourself...YOU keep this up long enough, every day and this imagination turns into a picture in your mind...

Think now about the picture in your mind and play around with it. Add people to the scenery, your favorite house or car that you have always wanted. You name it, if you love it and it excites you...Put it in!

Now you have added substance.

Think of this whenever you can, you are feeding you mountain. The mountain will become so strong from energy and you will start to see changes. Positive changes!

What do you do when you start to feel tidbits of negative or doubt? 

This is your secret...The secret within ~  think about your picture {mountain}.

Low Self Esteem and Anxiety

What is it that puts you so inside yourself... that you can't get out? 

Low self esteem and anxiety are painful issues to have to live with...
Life stops and nothing seems to get done because of fear.
It's like you are walking on a tight rope and just waiting for someone to push you off.
Paranoid feelings that somebody is going to get you by saying something mean or comment on the way you look, make it really difficult to get out the door.

Fear...Fear of Being YOU...

Happiness and being you is just a step out that door, but you don't think you can do it.
The thing is...
The more you walk out that door, the more you get used to Being.
Being is a part of you that likes to dance with life.

Accomplishments are huge!
You walk out the door and down the street then into the store.
Low self esteem and anxiety creeps into your space...
Now instead think of only good things, like your favorite imagination and pretend...
ONLY think how wonderful this world is with the breeze humming past your ears and through your hair...

The sound of your shoes rustling the leaves or brushing with the sidewalk... The birds...
Listen to the sounds of the world, not people...The rain on your hood...
You will be aware of how important you are to this world, not just for the people around you! For the nature around you...It wants to be heard!
Your spirit is begging you to go out and experience the nature around you.

If you muster up a smile, do...
Life only gets better. Say that to yourself 100 times today.

People love being apart of love. 
Life is full of love.

How do you know why?
Because nature is all around you...
IF you think love and only love, you experience nature as love.
Love will come back to you with the people you are confronted with.

Go home eternally grateful and practice being apart of the world as a whole.
Do this again tomorrow...
Maybe this time go to the park.

Sometimes it's Hard to be All By Yourself

Life can be tough, it's hard to find your way through the tunnel and back again to love. Sometimes it's hard to be all by yourself, take this time to really think about what you need and then write down the steps on how you are going to get it. Make sure that you follow these steps exactly the way you have written them. Your freedom awaits at the other end of the tunnel.
Never give up!
Learning what you really need will bring you back to your life and feeling the happiness being you!

Gratitude Journal to Keep You Thinking Postive

PEACE gives------PEACE OF MIND--------

Make yourself a gratitude journal to keep you thinking positive.
When you keep a journal with all the things you are happy about in your life, your life becomes something of worth to you. In you head you will flow with gratitude knowing that you have all of this positive thinking, not negative thinking.

The biggest reason in doing this is the positive thinking...Positive thinking reaches you towards happiness 10 fold!

Did you remember to remind yourself each morning that you are HAPPY and will have a HAPPY day? You may not feel exactly HAPPY, but your SPIRIT hears you. Eventually this will be a pick-me-up that you'll find you don't have to work at.

The word HAPPINESS already contains individual pictures of your whole life's happy experiences. Your brain is silently thanking you for sending such good thoughts of happiness being you---- this in turn gives to good feelings and feelings of happiness!

When you get out of bed or when you roll over. Thank LIFE for giving you...
The protection of a husband.
Or raise your head and thank "LIFE" for giving you...
A bed to sleep in or a house you are sheltered in.
Walk down the hall and look at the treasures you have...
The children, the teenagers, the long stay- at- homer adult who still can't figure out what to do with his/her life...
Just look at what you have!
These are your children that made you laugh and smile. Sometimes uncontrollably!
These are your treasures, so be thankful to "LIFE" for having them.
If you don't have children be thankful that you have the things in your home that you love.
"YOUR SPARE TIME!"
BE thankful for all the comforts of home like pets and furniture etc...

Thinking of what to be thankful for everyday enhances your "SPIRIT" as well.
Life is full of "GRATEFULNESS", so go ahead make your list of 5 things your thankful for each day...
This will be your Gratitude Journal to keep you thinking positive!
You've just turned the next corner towards "HAPPINESS"!

Don't forget to be thankful for just being here too!
