Finding Your Happiness

Finding Your life's PurposeThe secret to happiness lies way beneath the foundations of our mind...Creep down that winding stair and you will find what nudges you forward. Through the darkness of the mist you'll be finding your happiness. It might be a dusty tennis racket, and old car part, a torn piece of a manuscript that once gave you inspiration.

Love what you bring up to the winding stair and excite yourself with your dreams. This moment that you give time to yourself is in the timeless that tickles your dreams to come. You are begging yourself in finding your happiness, but it is with this happiness that you find love...

Those old running shoes, the broken piano, the half built project.
Bring them back to NOW and feel what you felt when you did them.

Don't let life's distraction suck you away from you life dreams...
Play and let Play and let your life grow on a path with the right rhythm and sole that it was meant to.

As though there is screaming and concentration hard, screaming is the distraction that sucks you away. Let it be and move foreword growing your life and dream.
Grow and live let life's heavy burdens wisp silently away while you enjoy your dreams.

Your Happiness Comes First

100 Best Retirement Towns: Everything You Need to Find Your Retirement DreamBreathing while I lie in the baked sun and watch you as you saunter across the ships deck...You wonder why to yourself...Why does she lie there not speaking, not smiling, not moving or touching...

Your happiness comes first... before my wants, before my needs, before my hunger...
Hunger for you hands to fall upon my shoulders and bring me close to your warmth...

Still the sun bakes and I breathe and smile and realize that you smile back as you saunter...

Fear of Happiness

You walk around like a dark cloud is hanging directly over your head...No ones seems to want to stay near you for long. The crowd is what you are lost in. Happiness is so far away, because life is just a cycle that goes around and around. There is no path to the light, because you are not changing. Not changing the way of your thinking, not allowing yourself to shift. To shift inside and feel just a little bit of happiness, because you fear that you won't get as much attention.
Fear of  Happiness
Your shadow is telling you to keep in the dark, because it's warm and cozy. Really the snake is in the grass, creeping closer and closer and weaving it's ugly thoughts through your mind. As your mind gets intoxicated with the snake's dark essence you lose what promises you had for yourself.
You keep on telling yourself that you will change, but really you have no idea where to start. You fear happiness...

Love...

The only way to let the snake unfold and to get it to pull away from you is through the action of love. Love is an essence the snake does not like. Love has light and the snake likes it dark and hiding. It likes to be sly and creep and you can't do that in light. Keep think love, love your dog, your cat or just pull out your favorite photograph of you or your best friend and remember the love. Say "I love you" to yourself in the mirror and say until you laugh. Don't fear happiness, fear the darkness of your thoughts. The snake wants you to fear happiness, so he can stay. Stop and think about the time you fell and really hurt yourself, who was there to love you. Think about that person now. Don't let any negative thoughts come in. Do this every day for 5 minutes and enjoy loving essence. You will find people will come to you with loving words and loving thoughts will come more often to your mind.

Low Self Esteem and Anxiety

What is it that puts you so inside yourself... that you can't get out? 

Low self esteem and anxiety are painful issues to have to live with...
Life stops and nothing seems to get done because of fear.
It's like you are walking on a tight rope and just waiting for someone to push you off.
Paranoid feelings that somebody is going to get you by saying something mean or comment on the way you look, make it really difficult to get out the door.

Fear...Fear of Being YOU...

Happiness and being you is just a step out that door, but you don't think you can do it.
The thing is...
The more you walk out that door, the more you get used to Being.
Being is a part of you that likes to dance with life.

Accomplishments are huge!
You walk out the door and down the street then into the store.
Low self esteem and anxiety creeps into your space...
Now instead think of only good things, like your favorite imagination and pretend...
ONLY think how wonderful this world is with the breeze humming past your ears and through your hair...

The sound of your shoes rustling the leaves or brushing with the sidewalk... The birds...
Listen to the sounds of the world, not people...The rain on your hood...
You will be aware of how important you are to this world, not just for the people around you! For the nature around you...It wants to be heard!
Your spirit is begging you to go out and experience the nature around you.

If you muster up a smile, do...
Life only gets better. Say that to yourself 100 times today.

People love being apart of love. 
Life is full of love.

How do you know why?
Because nature is all around you...
IF you think love and only love, you experience nature as love.
Love will come back to you with the people you are confronted with.

Go home eternally grateful and practice being apart of the world as a whole.
Do this again tomorrow...
Maybe this time go to the park.

How to Deal with Loneliness

Afraid of how to deal with loneliness.

Afraid to go outside because you feel different and everybody will stare. Then they will find out what your faults are, your weakness are, what you fear...
Fear is the number one reason you become lonely.
They lose trust in themselves and others and stay still in a box to wither.
Outside gives them a crushing feeling in their chest and breathing becomes short and gasping.
Wanting to move and get to a new spot is a dream.
So life is not real to them until the dream comes easy.
Closing yourself from outside turns off more light within...

This is...
How to deal with loneliness
Seek nature...
Find flowers...
Touch a tree...
Breath fresh air...
Grasp a rock...
Dig the dirt...
Feel...
Fear will make a space around these things and instantly disappear...
Until then...Bring nature to you, to keep fear away.

The Next Step in Your Away Space

Step 2

  • Did my last post give you any interesting new feelings?
  • Did you get a journal and write them down?
  • Did you find an away space yet?
  • Did you do your homework?

I wanted to ask you these questions first so that you will stay with me and follow on the right track. The right track to You finding yourself Within. I would love to give you the secret in just one post, but unfortunately it takes time to get you back.
My sister and I both are challenged everyday by what life throws at us, just like you. The secret is how to prevent life from swallowing you up and living it unconsciously. I’m going to show you how to do this…

But first…

What do I mean by living it unconsciously?

Imagine being on a subway landing and just watching the trains go by...The many cars of trains keep stopping and then going by, by the hundreds and you are staring at the haze and blur. You really have to get some where, as a matter of fact, you are on your way to building happiness for yourself! You have to catch the number 6 train, but you’re so caught up in the haze and blur, (life) that you are not even aware when the number 6 train comes in. All you are conscious of is the haze and blur! Ultimately missing the train, so your entire day is wasted not going to where you wanted. This is what your life is like living life in a blur and missing the true signs of going on the right path.

Going in the right direction and being aware of the signs that you are going in the right direction is what I'm going to show you how to do!

How we live life...Missing the right train or the right path to where we want to go towards happiness… Some people call it our life's purpose.

You don't want to waste anymore time, because it is about time you got back on the right track and got out of the haze and blur of life.

I really hope you did your homework, because it is really worth it! I know it takes discipline; I know it takes patience! There is a part inside everyone that just doesn't want to take the time to going through the steps towards happiness. The part inside everyone has very little belief that life can get better, that part thinks we are suppose to go through unhappiness!
Ask yourself this, "Is that part of me that lives the unconscious life any fun?" You live life struggling trying to figure out why? You live your angers, your sadness, your depressions, nothing seems to be working out for you. Although you may have a great job, a wonderful family, a super spouse that does everything that you ever wanted.

BUT...You are still not happy.
IT could be because your emotions of the past, present and future are always in your way and you have fallen off that path. It may be that you need to just do a tiny change to get you back.

So…Let get started and get you back on track.
The next step in your away space

HOMEWORK
We have talked about breathing and doing this will quiet or calm ourselves down for 15 minutes in you away space.
This was the first step.

The next step in you away space is to just sit and don't even think. When you start to think...Drop the conversation you are having with yourself and go back to just sitting calmly breathing and paying attention. This is extremely difficult for some people to do, especially if they have lived inside their head for so long. People who find this difficult are probably the most unhappy. Usually the dialect that is going on in your head is meaningless and certainly is not important for the moment.
  • How hard was this?
  • What emotions did you feel?
  • Where you relaxed after?
Write these tidbits down in your journal and I'll get back to you soon.
Don't forget to really search for that space, because it is only yours!!!
Keep your journal close to that space, so that it is right there for you to write your feelings in after.

The great option you have here is doing these steps and knowing you are on the way to happiness and your true path.

What is a feeling of true? It is doing what you want, what you need, what you desire and what makes you feel good.

Listen for a connection and search deeply within yourself paying attention. Once you understand the feeling of connection, you move forward in life and become more balanced in life. Thus moving forward to the path of HAPPINESS...
