Finding Happiness Within You

A gift from the goodness that surrounds all life is the gift you hold tight to your heart. It sleeps in darkness until you bring light to it. Feelings of the heart are surrounded by what you say and do and see. The slow swaying of a distant rose, it's pedals flitting in the soft warm wind. In the distant sky the sun falls with the waning sky of pink and purple.

Temperatures fall and the rose closes it's pedals ever so slowly, until it appears to look more frigged and will sleep until morn. Warm breezes blow across the land and touch and dry the wet pedals from night rains. The rose dances and swims with morning breezes and stillness frees the pedals to open to the baking sun.

Beautiful feelings are upon us.
We watch as the freedom of the heart arises in the rose.

Awakening has begun and will stay with the earth...
Slowly you will feel the essence in YOU...
Your heart warming and energy moving from your toes to your forehead.
Like being touched by a rose.
Your pedals mimic the roses and you open to the universal energy and balance like the rose with nature.

Happiness is being you and all that happens.

Feelings are subtle and gently push away all the negative in your life.
Love is the feelings nature intended.
Feelings of the Heart are swiftly moving through you.
Love and be loved is all that happens to you.
Love all awhile you awake amongst the earth.
The earth is the goodness within you and will save you from any plight.
Feel the feelings of the heart and hang on to them.
Let go again become one with all.
