What a great time to feel what you have of yourself...
Many of you don't like to be by yourself for fear of learning too much about you.
It's almost too scary...But the results of finding your happiness can be amazing!
Happiness is being you because if you are having troubles being you it's time to pay attention and do this next exercise.
Breathing in life everyday and experiencing what life gives is a wonderful thing, but the essence of you following this wonderful path of love can be ruined by becoming to attached. It is exciting to follow life with others, but don't forget you...Yourself and what you need...
If in life (YOU) blend with another and become too attached,
so attached that you have a difficult time separating and feeling your own essence.
You will lose yourself in the flurry of life...
Separating creates fear which can hamper you in getting to know the very you. So you continue to live another's life instead of your own.
Unhappiness is the result, because your true essence is
trying to live...
Take your first step...
Walk just you, by yourself.
You walk down a beach, through woods, through a park...
Try to make it a place that is fairly quiet...
- Feel your breath as you breathe in and out.
- Recognize your essence, your inner being.
- Feel the vibration of your own individual.
On your return write down what you experienced in 3 sentences.
Also write in one sentence what you want in your life.
What are your dreams?
Close the book and come back tomorrow.
Think about your walk and all that you wrote...
Enjoy your first step being with yourself by yourself and becoming a better you!
